Ingredients
- 3 ½ cups of water
- ½ cup of mushrooms, diced
- ½ cup zucchini, diced
- ½ cup carrots, grated
- ¼ cup jicama, diced
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, diced
- ¼ cup celery, diced
- ¼ cup daikon radish, diced
- ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoon onion chopped
- 2 ½ tablespoons tamari
- 1 ½ tablespoons fresh herbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large pot and cook over medium high heat for 45 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
