Roasted Rice Soup

Ingredients
- 1 cup of brown rice*
- 4 ½ cups of water
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt
Instructions
- Toast the rice (without oil) in a frying pan until it turns golden brown. Add the water, bring to a boil, and simmer on medium-low heat for 60-90 minutes. Add more water as needed to maintain a soup consistency. Add salt and serve.
