Remove any tiny seashells from arame. Cover arame in 1 cup of water. Rub together and whirl to release any sand. Next, lift out the arame and discard any sand. Drain out the water. Put the arame in a mixing bowl. Add the chopped vegetables, oil, umeboshi, honey, sugar, dill, vinegar. Stir in all ingredients together and taste, and adjust seasoning s necessary.
