Ingredients
- 10 ½ ounces of tofu
- 1 ounce of chopped radish
- 1 teaspoon chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
- 4 endive leaves
- 3 carrots, cut julienned style
- 4 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts
- 1 clove of garlic crushed
- ¼ cucumber, sliced
- Dijoin mustard
- Sliced mozzarella
Instructions
- Place the tofu in a food processor and blend with garlic, parsley, chives, salt and pepper until creamy. Place mixture on two slices of bread. Add alfalfa sprouts, carrots, cucumber, carrots, radish and mustard and cheese to finish the sandwich.
