Ingredients
- 1 Portobello mushroom, marinated in tamari and grilled
- 1 tablespoon grated carrot
- 1 tablespoon grated beet
- ½ teaspoon dill
- ½ teaspoon basil
- 1 whole grain spelt bun
- 2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
- 1 slice red onion
- 1 slice tomato
- 1 leaf Romaine lettuce
Instructions
- Spread the mayonnaise on the buns, place Portobello on top and then top with remaining ingredients.
