Pinto Bean Wrap

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups of dried pinto beans, soaked and drained
- 1 2/4 cups of water
- 1 3 inch piece of dulse
- 8-10 flour tortillas
- Shredded lettuce
- Grated carrots
- Sliced avocados
- Olives
- Salsa
Instructions
- Rinse beans three times and then put them in a bowl with triple their volume of water. Soak beans overnight. Discard soaking water. Rinse beans well. Put them in a pot. Add water, herbs, and dulse. Simmer beans for 30 minutes or until tender. Briefly heat each tortilla in a dry skillet. Put out bowls of fillings, assemble and enjoy.
