Ingredients
- 2 cups of teff flour
- ½ cup of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine ingredients and form into a dough. Press dough with your fingers into a lightly oiled pie plate. Poke holes in the dough with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes. Add filling.
