Ingredients
- 2 red bell peppers
- ½ cup non-dairy milk
- 2 tablespoons toasted coconut
- ½ teaspoon tamari
- ½ teaspoon mirin
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Roast bell peppers. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Put in a saucepan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
