Pecan Butter

Ingredients
- 2 cups of raw or toasted pecans
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Place the ingredients in a food processor and grind until the nuts are powdery. Continue grinding a few minutes until a thick butter forms. Use immediately, or store in a tightly sealed container, preferably a glass jar, and refrigerate up to one month.
