Pear Crisp

Ingredients
- 5 pears, sliced
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 2 cups of kamut flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ cup of spelt flour
- ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 ¼ cups of cherry juice
- 4 tablespoons date sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put sliced pears on the bottom of a large glass baking dish. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cinnamon over apples and dates. In a separate mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except fruit juice and mix thoroughly. Mix together and crumble mixture over apples and dates. Pour fruit juice on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
