Pasta with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
- ½ pound rice noodles
- 3 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1/3 cup minced parsley
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon Italian Seasoningr
- ¼ cup grated soy cheese
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil in a medium sized saucepan. Add the noodles and cook for about 5 minutes, Drain. Immediately return the pot to the stove, and add the herbs, salt and pepper, olive oil and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat. Add the drained noodles and toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
