Pasta and Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 12 ounces rice pasta spirals, or similar
- 2 cups of chick peas
- 4 small carrots, sliced
- 1 handful of raw string beans, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bunch of fresh dill, minced
- 1 cup of lemon juice
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup pitted olives
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Boil the rice pasta for 15 minutes until tender. Strain the water. Rinse and drain pasta in colander. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix them all together. Taste and adjust seasoning.
