Ingredients
- 10 stalks of asparagus, steamed 8 minutes until tender
- 14 snow peas, trimmed
- 1 small carrot, cut in shoestrings
- 1 small stalk of celery, cut in shoestrings
- 1 small can of bamboo shoots, rinsed and dried
- ½ can of water chestnuts, sliced thin
- Green onions or chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon chopped basil
- 1 teaspoon chopped thyme
- ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
Instructions
- Steam the asparagus. To cut the vegetables in shoestrings, shop into 2 1/2 inch lengths, then slice into very thin, long sticks. Toss all the ingredients together and marinate for 2 hours before serving in lemon juice and lemon herb dressing. Aesthetically arrange on each plate.
