Oriental Miso Soup

Ingredients
- 7 cups of water
- 10 inches of wakame seaweed
- 6 ounces tofu, cut into small cubes
- ½ teaspoon sea kelp
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- ½ teaspoon chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon miso
- Tamari sauce to taste
Instructions
- Soak wakame to soften it, then cut into ½ inch pieces. Dissolve miso in a small bowl of warm water. In a stockpot, bring water to a boil and add all the ingredients. Heat for 3 minutes and serve.
