Onion Soup

Ingredients
- 6 cups of onion, thinly sliced
- 4 cups of water or vegetable stock
- 6 tablespoons of vegan butter
- 2 tablespoons of tamari sauce
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable broth powder
- Celtic Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon chopped parsley
- Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon of dry mustard
- Bread crumbs
- Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Saute the onions in the vegan butter on medium high heat for about 30 minutes, until they are slightly brown and tender. Add the remaining ingredients (except bread crumbs and cheese) and mix thoroughly. Cook an additional 30 minutes, and top with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
