Olive Dip

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of tofu
- 1/2cup green olives with pimento or black olives, pitted
- 1/3 cup mixed nuts
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons green onion
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- ¼ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Chill and serve.
