Ingredients
- ½ cup of almonds
- ½ cup of cashews or macadamia nuts
- ½ cupsunflower seeds
- ½ cup pecans
- ½ cupof carrots, chopped
- ¼ cup beets, chopped
- 2 tablespoons leek, rinsed and diced
- ¼ cup daikon radish, sliced
- ¼ cup bell pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
- Dash of shoyu
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. A small amount of water may be added to ease the processing.
