Mushroom Lentil Soup

Ingredients
- 1 cup of brown lentils, rinsed
- 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 large carrot, sliced
- 2 stalks of celery, sliced
- 3 inch piece of dulse or wakame
- 6 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon miso
- ½ teaspoon Braggs Amino
- ½ teaspoon dill
- ½ teaspoon chopped parsley
- ½ teaspoon honey
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Boil and simmer lentils for 15 minutes. Add a sea vegetable, shiitake mushrooms, and onions. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add celery, carrots, miso, Braggs Aminos, and garlic. Simmer for 15 minutes until lentils and vegetables are soft. Season with dill, parsley, honey, salt and pepper.
