Ingredients
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1 cup of teff flour
- ¼ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 tablespoon arrowroot
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2/3 cups of water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sift the teff flour, sea salt, arrowroot, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, into a large mixing bowl. Add the rolled oats, vanilla, honey, sugar, maple syrup, oil and water. Mix all the ingredients together. Oil a muffin tin, fill 2/3 full. Bake for 25 minutes.
