Muesli May 23, 2016by Kasia Kines Category Breakfast Member Recipes Serving Size4 Ingredients 3 cups of oats 3 cups of buckwheat groats ½ cup chopped dried peaches ½ cup chopped dried figs ½ cup chopped dried pineapple ½ teaspoon cinnamon ¼ teaspoon nutmeg ¼ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt ¼ teaspoon molasses ½ cup raisins ½ cup of crumbled walnuts or pecans ½ cup of chopped almonds, hazelnuts or Brazil Nuts ½ cup dried chopped blueberries Instructions In a large bowl combine oats, buckwheat, peaches figs, blueberries, molasses, salt,raisins, pineapple.
