Mock Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
- ½ cup nutritional yeast
- 3 tablespoons spelt flour
- 4 teaspoons arrowroot powder
- ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Mix the first 4 ingredients first and then add the remaining ingredients except mustard with a wire whisk. Stir or whisk over medium heat until thickens. Stir in mustard, heat another minute and serve over vegetables or grains.
