Ingredients
- 1 cup of fresh mint leaves, cleaned and washed
- ½ cup coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 3 teaspoons of lemon juice or tamarind juice
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon coconut sugar
- Celtic Sea Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a blender combine all the ingredients and grind to a smooth paste. Use the squeezed lemon remains like a brush to apply to the roasted corn.
