Ingredients
- 1 can of kidney beans
- 1 cup of salsa
- 3 cups of chopped lettuce
- 3 cups of chopped peppers
- Soy cheese
- 3 cups of guacamole
- Black olives
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- ¼ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
Instructions
- Choose a deep glass oven dish. Add the herbs to the beans. Arrange the ingredients in layers, beginning with the beans, so that the layers are visible through the glass. Serve with corn chips and flour tortilla wedges.
