Melon Baskets

Ingredients
- 3 small cantaloupes
- 2 cups of watermelon balls
- 2 cups of honeydew melon balls
- ½ teaspoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Cut the cantaloupe in half, and scoop out the seeds. Carve balls from the flesh, leaving the cantaloupe shells intact. Combine the cantaloupe balls with watermelon and honeydew balls in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl combine the lemon juice, and vanilla. Place the balls in the shells and coat with the sauce. Serve chilled.
