Ingredients
- 1 pound tofu
- ½ cup raw cashew pieces
- ½ cup water
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 3 teaspoons arrowroot powder
- 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- Dash of Cayenne pepper
- Black pepper
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor combine all the ingredients thoroughly. Chill completely and use like regular mayonnaise in recipes.
