Marinated Vegetables

Ingredients
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup flax seed oil
- 2 ½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 4 teaspoons chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoons tamari
- ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon basil
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon rosemary
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon savory
- Several dashes of sea kelp
- Several dashes of cayenne pepper
- 4 cups of chopped vegetables, in 1 inch or smaller pieces
- Cucumber or zucchini sliced and quartered
- Tomato chunks
- Mushroom chunks or sliced
- Small broccoli florets
- Small cauliflower florets
- Green bell pepper chunks
Instructions
- Beat all the ingredients together except the vegetables. Add the vegetables and toss the mixture to coat the vegetables in oil and herbs. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours to marinate. Then drain, let wait for 10 minutes then serve.
