Marinated Tofu

Ingredients
- 1 pound firm tofu
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 inches of ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water by putting on a cutting board with a towel and heavy book on top. Cut tofu in ¼ inch by 1 inch pieces. Put tofu in a mixing bowl with all the other ingredients. Mix them together. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
