Marinated Artichokes

Ingredients
- 2 artichokes, cooked
- ½ cup of orange juice
- 1/8 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of tarragon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 ½ teaspoons grated orange peel
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon nutritional flakes
- ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon dill
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Cut the artichokes in half, from tip to stem. Remove the choke and the small inner leaves. Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a medium sized bowl, and blend well. Add the artichoke, turning them several times to coat. Spoon the marinade over the artichokes and serve.
