Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 18 ounces pureed tomatoes
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- 2 tablespoons red wine (optional)
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon savory
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- ¼ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a medium-size saucepan, heat the olive oil and garlic, stirring often. Cook until the garlic is golden. Add all the remaining ingredients, and bring to ab boil slowly. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
