Mango Custard

Ingredients
- 2 large mangoes, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon apple sauce
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Place the mangoes, sugar, ginger, vanilla, honey, cinnamon and cardamom in a saucepan. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes, until mangoes are tender. Puree in a food processor or blender. Let cool to room temperature. Serve in custard bowls
