Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked rice macaroni
- 1 cup roasted sunflower seeds
- 4 carrots, diced
- 4 stalks of celery, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon nutritional flakes
- ¼ teaspoon of Herbamare
- 2 tablespoons umeboshi vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Boil the rice macaroni and drain. Combine and mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
