Lima Bean Soup

Ingredients
- 1 cup presoaked, rinsed lima beans
- 6 cups of water
- 1 strip of wakame
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 stalks of celery, sliced
- 1 small bunch of dill, minced
- 1 teaspoon miso
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Simmer beans in water, wakame and onions for 30 minutes until beans are soft. Add carrots and celery. Simmer for 5 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Add dill, sugar, honey and herbs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
