Lemon Drop Carrots

Ingredients
- 6 medium carrots, quartered
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- 12 teaspoon honey
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
Instructions
- Steam the carrots in a basket for 15 minutes until tender, set aside. Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, honey, and nutmeg, add to the carrots and toss gently. Serve and sprinkle with parsley.
