Leek Sauce

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of mushrooms
- 1 large leek, sliced
- 1 tablespoon kudzu, diluted n ¼ cup of water
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Simmer mushrooms and leeks in water for about 5 minutes, until the aroma of the mushrooms fills the air. Add herb, honey, diluted kudzu and tamari, salt and pepper to taste. Serve over noodles, baked fish or baked vegetable casserole.
