Ingredients
- 7 large kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 20 ounces soft tofu
- ½ cup of maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon guar gum
- Several dashes of Celtic Sea Salt
- 2 tablespoons wheat grass (optional)
Instructions
- Mix everything together in a food processor. Freeze solid. Blend again. Freeze again. Remove from freezer and let stand a few minutes before serving.
