Ingredients
- 12 ounce tomato paste or tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons liquid sweetener
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon tamari
- 1/8 teaspoon basil
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- Several dashes cayenne pepper
- Several dashes sea kelp
- Celtic Sea Salt
Instructions
- Heat everything with a little water to thin if desired. Simmer on low heat for 15 or more minutes and cool and refrigerate.
