Italian Tofu Dip

Ingredients
- 1 pound firm tofu
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 10 marinated sun dried tomatoes
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate sun dried tomatoes in red wine, olive oil and herbs for 2 hours. Drain. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor and serve.
