Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 6 ounce rotini, spiral rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon basil
- ¼ teaspoon vegetable powder
- ¼ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons tamari
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed
- 15 black olives, pitted
- 15 spinach leaves, torn
- ½ cup chopped green onion
Instructions
- Bring 2 quarts water to a boil and add the pasta. Cook 8 minutes, keeping water boiling until firm. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the dressing. Add the seasonings to the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly. Prepare the vegetables. Steam the broccoli. When the pasta is ready, drain in a colander and rinse in cold water. Add the pasta and vegetables to the dressing and toss well.
