Italian Green Beans

Ingredients
- ½ pound green beans, sliced diagonally into 1 inch pieces
- 2 small zucchini, sliced
- ¼ cup chopped green pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- ½ cup of water
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon thyme
- ¼ teaspoon rosemary
- ½ teaspoon nutritional flakes
- ¼ teaspoon tarragon
- ¼ teaspoon basil
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
Instructions
- Steam the green beans in a basket for 10 minutes, or until tender crisped. Add the zucchini, cover and steam for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. In a small pot cook the green pepper and onion in the water until tender. Stir in the tomato, spices, honey, salt and pepper and heat through. Pour the mixture over the green beans and zucchini and toss gently.
