Ingredients
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- ¼ cup of water
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup of corn
- 1 small green pepper, cut into strips
- ½ teaspoon basil
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon of Herbamare
- ½ teaspoon Italian Spices
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tomato, cut into wedges
Instructions
- In a medium sized skillet, cook the onions and garlic in water until the onion is tender. Stir in the zucchini, corn, green pepper, basil, oregano, Italian Spices, honey, dill sugar, salt and pepper. Cover over medium heat, stirring frequently for 5 minutes until zucchini is soft. Stir in the tomato. Cook, uncovered, for 1 minute more, serve immediately.
