Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 6 yellow potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup of water
- 3 large carrots, sliced
- 3 peppers, sliced
- 2 cups of peas
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon cardamom
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Saute the onions and potatoes in the oil in a stock pot for 10 minutes, add water when done. Add carrots and saute until they are bright orange. Add peppers, peas. Saute for 10 minutes. Add all spices and honey, salt and pepper. Adjust for seasoning.
