Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 inch piece of ginger, grated
- 1 onion, sliced
- ½ teaspoon miso
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
- 3 inch piece of dulse
- 1 ½ cups of red lentils
- 5 cups of water
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Dry roast the mustard seeds and cumin seeds until the mustard seeds pop. Add olive oil, garlic, ginger and onions. Saute for about 5 minutes until blended and coated with oil. Add the cauliflower, dulse, water, lentils and simmer for an hour. Season with herbs, honey, sugar, curry, miso, salt and pepper.
