Indian Lentil Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup of red lentils, rinsed
- 2 ½ cups of water
- 3 bay leaves
- 4 inch piece of dulse
- 5 mustard leaves, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon tamari
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Boil and simmer lentils and bay leaves for 10 minutes. Add dusle and simmer for 10 minutes more, until lentils are creamy. Mix in mustard greens. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the mustard greens are bright green. Stir in the tamari, honey, salt, pepper, and spices. Serve the sauce over rice noodles.
