Indian Cabbage

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons brown mustard seeds, dry roasted
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 large green cabbage, sliced thin
- 3 inches grated ginger
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup peas
- 1 bunch of cilantro, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dill
Instructions
- Heat a wok or heavy skillet. Add the mustard seeds. Cover and dry roast them for about 1 minute until you hear them pop. Add oil. Stir in the cabbage, water, ginger, honey, sugar and dill. Saute for 5 minutes until the cabbage turns bright green. Turn off the heat. Mix in the other ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning.
