2 medium cabbages, cut into large bite sized pieces
1 teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt mixed in ¼ cup of water
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon chopped parsley
1 Red pepper, chopped
1 carrot, grated
Soak the cabbage pieces in salted water for 2 days. Drain and squeeze water out of cabbage. In a large bowl, mix together the vinegar and salt, then add the cabbage and stir. For extra spice, add red peppers, dill, or herbs of your choice. Add some sliced or grated carrot for color and crunch.
