Ingredients
- ¼ cup garlic cloves
- 12 ounces silken tofu
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons miso paste
- 1 ½ teaspoons tamari
- 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon green onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (your choice)
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
- Black pepper
- Celtic Sea Salt
Instructions
- Roast garlic. Add to food processor with lemon juice, miso paste, tamari and nutritional yeast, process until smooth. Add to small mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix well.
