Hazelnut Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 cup of water
- Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
- ½ cup hazelnut butter
- ½ cup rice syrup
- 3 tablespoons arrowroot
- ¼ cold water
Instructions
- Dissolve the cocoa powder in the water by heating them together with salt over medium heat for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and stir in the hazelnut butter and rice syrup. Dissolve the arrowroot in ¼ cup of cold water and add to the mixture by stirring on medium heat for 2 minutes. Sir until it thickens. Let it cool to room temperature and refrigerate.
