Grilled Tempeh Sandwich

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of tempeh, cut into thin cutlets
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 1 tablespoon green onions
- ¼ cup Thousand Island Dressing
- 2 tablespoons sauerkraut
- 2 spelt buns
- Sliced onions, tomatoes for fixings
Instructions
- Add the dill, sugar and honey to the sauerkraut in a mixing bowl. Preheat grill. marinate the tempeh in the tamari and chopped green onions. After 10 minutes, grill tempeh 10 minutes on each side until thoroughly cooked. Brush with marinade sauce as they grill. Add remaining ingredients on a bun with some tempeh and enjoy.
