Ingredients
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ medium cucumber
- 2 soft pitted dates
- ½ teaspoon nutritional flakes
- ¼ teaspoon of Herbamare
- 1 handful sunflower sprouts
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon molasses
- ½ inch square of lemon peel
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a tall glass.
