Green Onion Soup

Ingredients
- 4 cups of potatoes, chopped small
- 1 1/2cups of celery, chopped
- 2 bunches of green onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 vegetable bouillon cubes
- 5 teaspoons tamari
- 4 teaspoons chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoons liquid sweetener
- 1 ½ teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- Several dashes of cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Steam the potatoes and celery until tender. In a large skillet, saute the green onions in the oil for 2 minutes, then add the seasonings an saute for 1 more minute. Filling the blender twice, blend all the ingredients until smooth. Simmer everything on low heat for 25 minutes until flavors mingle.
